Yesterday was the first time I had to appear in these courts and to tell the truth I was left with a very bittersweet feeling. The civil guard staff who treated me great but having to listen to one of the colleagues from the guard court to tell you that they are already closing and that to file a complaint because your daughter's mother has not allowed you to pick her up is worth nothing not very nice. Even more so when you try to explain that if you have not come before it is because you have had to wait until 2:00 p.m. that the children leave school to know if it was there or not and that you have come from Madrid and you need a justification before any police control that may have to return but his answer is equally that they are closing and that someone attend him for your justifications for the work. I understand you were in a hurry to leave because it was Friday, but I think you should understand that someone who goes to a guard court is not by choice. Luckily, the other colleagues who were there and attended to me if they understood why I had to go at 2:15 p.m. to file a complaint and they were pleasant when it came to serving me.
