The toilets have been damaged for a long time

One of the worst places I've been treated. When I went to pay I realized that I had lost the credit card and the employee, a tall, stout and somewhat bald man, far from facilitating things or trying to help told me that for a whole deposit I could leave him something important like mobile or the spare wheel, or who would call the police. While trying to find a solution I had to listen to him as a liar before another person (who was not another employee) and then he told me, all in bad ways. In the end I was able to get someone to pay to leave. Later I went for a claim sheet and he still tells me that the claim would have to be put by him !!! I know it may sound a bit unlikely that you lose ONLY the credit card of a wallet, but in a site facing the public it is inadmissible to treat customers like that
