On the part of the employees, we have the correct treatment in three quotes. A problem with the delivery of a refrigerator, which was bought a week ago and they give us the delivery for the following week. That same day the refrigerator is not delivered and we call the store for an explanation and they tell us that it is on delivery. The afternoon comes and we go to the store to ask for an explanation to find out why the refrigerator did not arrive and they give us long, we want to speak with the manager for a solution, and they tell us that until Wednesday they cannot help us because it is a holiday Echo day December 5, 2020 today is Sunday I am without a refrigerator until Wednesday why the manager did not want to return the money for my refrigerator and we still do not know why, I have the right to a refund of my money if I do not have my product, this will be reported on Wednesday. And my Christmas purchase spoiled

And it's a LIE !!!! Terrible service from the manager having a problem and doing nothing to fix it. This is not how people are treated, they are going to lose many clients with that treatment.

Fatal, I have been having problems with this site for years, I bought an mp3 and I had to exchange them at least 6 times during 1 year and they could not bring me the product well, in the end I lost the money and the product, years later I trusted again and they brought me a TV configured and used by someone else and sold to us as new.
