I give her a star for giving her something, although I am sorry because the clerk is not to blame since she has had a spectacular treatment towards customers and the poor thing could not cope but I find it shameful and outrageous that on a Saturday King's Eve they have only one person knowing the fuss that there is, we were waiting about an hour to enter, I hope that the boss or person in charge takes it into account for future occasions.
