I give it a star because I can't give them -10. The last time you saw me was in August, the reason? That the orthodontist is on leave, a shame that they have clients like this, when we pay every month, of course the worst experience, I do not recommend it or crazy, so I have decided to stop paying until they see me again. Shame on the service you give.

Terrible attention! If you are looking for a professional, don't even go to this vivanta. Zero discretion while I was treated by a manager there told me about anecdotes with other patients, I was hallucinating !! I don't know how they have this man in front of a clinic, this tells you a lot. Zero commitment, they do not care about your situation or how your job has been, if you have paid you are lost! They are also not prepared for all kinds of unforeseen events, do not take out a filling. Finally I went to a real dentist where they denied what they told me there, and they gave it a solution for € 1,400 less, it seems like a bank more than a clinic. It will never occur to me to go to this site again, they are warned.

A month ago they did not attend orthodontics because the orthodontist is on leave and they do not catch anyone ..... I am a month late ..... they are counting the 3 months that they closed in quarantine. I do not have a regular control of my orthodontics and I see that they do not care about the client

It is the first time that I went. An hour and a quarter late, broken X-ray machine, and I just went on a budget. I do not intend to return logically.
