Bad experience, I called in May to resume my laser treatment which I have paid for for three years and they tell me that if I wait for the end of summer every month that I do not give myself they will add them because I had to stop due to quarantine, today I will say that I am pregnant and they tell me no, that only adds up to the two months that the clinic was closed, that is, I have lost 8 months of treatment due to mismanagement and information on their part, and of course, now nobody responds to that, I lose it and period. From my experience, it is a franchise that only looks for the money and to attract new clients, but does not take care of its clients, and the organization is terrible and the consequences are suffered by the client because they wash their hands.

I have been with orthodontic treatment for more than 6 years and they always hit me hard not to take them off, I am not happy at all, they seem too informal, scammers scoundrels, they do not attend as they should. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

VIVANTA CACERESnnUrgent!!! Two months ago they put an extra reinforcement in the upper orthodontics ..... because with the orthodontics and the no revisions during 3 months of quarantine (that the clinic did not attend) my teeth had separated ..... now, After these two months, they are getting on me ..... and we have been without appointments for orthodontic check-ups this month because the orthodontist has been off duty for a month ..... and at the clinic they are not going to catch anyone to replace her (her withdrawal was foreseeable)nTHE CUSTOMER DOES NOT CARE

A bunch of scammers and incompetents. They do not meet the conditions of the contract and the dental department does not know how to do their job. I do not recommend at all

Fatal .... I do not recommend this site at all to anyone, I have the worst experience in clinics, I get to know it and I'm not going to this site, anyway NOT RECOMMENDED
