It is a brand that I like a lot but in Cáceres they do not take care of customer service. The shop assistants are rude and disrespectful, it seems that you offend them if you ask them something. Above all, I have received very bad behaviors on several occasions when going to pay, without speaking to me and with very ugly gestures.nI love to buy in stores but at Bershka Cáceres it's not worth it.

The deal seems shameful to me, they should also establish and notify the closing of fitting rooms, but it seems that they are always closed.nIn order not to be able to try things on for that I order clothes online that will be cheaper.nAnd they should improve the treatment of customers, we are the engine.
