I give them a star because you can't help it.nI try not to buy in this store because the deal is AWFUL, I THINK I HAVE NOT FOUND A NICE DEPENDENT YET.nI have had several problems already in this Zara, with a very unpleasant employee, with short hair who is usually a cashier, I think that not once has she made the effort to help me.nI think the store manager shouldnbe more aware of these things, is scary.

A more overflowing Zara. Few shop assistants only a cashier queuing to pay to the door. Closed fitting rooms, they don't even let you try the Jerseys in the store. I was just passing through I wanted to buy a set, I totally left everything and went to mango. It makes me sad because it seems that they don't care about the store, I feel like they let them die. The employees totally overwhelmed

A shame that there is only one person at the checkout and they had to wait 40 minutes in line to return a product.nWith that queue, the vast majority of people could not maintain a safe distance unless they went out to the street.nIt seems that it pays them more to have the staff at ERTEs than to work on the job that some of us still give them.nThat said: a real shame. Take action if you don't want to scare off the clientele.
