Gluten-free bread, sourdough, and of excellent quality. In my case, since I don't live nearby, I buy a lot of it, freeze the bread, and then I'm toasting it, and even then it's delicious 😋

You don't have to be celiac to be able to taste these loaves, with ECO raw material, hand-ground flour, etc ... Totally recommended (and the walnut cookies too) !!!
