I have been buying pellets from this brand for three years. I bought the stove in a warehouse where they distribute their products and sell their pellets. This year the lousy pellet. It burns badly, it turns the stove hearth black, it generates a lot of ash, I had to raise the air two points, it smells bad ... I will never buy a pellet pallet again without trying it first, because I have always bought whole pallets (77 sacks). And of course I doubt this brand.
