Hello. I bought a Samsung brand washing machine 3 or 4 days after the touch screen was working, I call the store and they tell me that they do not take care of the washing machine. I call Samsung 2 or 3 times and the thing is there. Finally I contacted Samsung directly, they came to see it and after 15 days a new washing machine.nConclusion euronic ONLY sells you the washing machine and you take over the warranty.
