A very positive experience.
I would like to specifically mention Victor and Toni ( I hope their line managers read this).
I'm Scottish and don't speak Spanish l essentially turned up one day,in Iruna Motors, announcing that I wanted to buy a car.
Victor and Toni looked after me fantastically well and helped me through the process of buying a car in Spain. They went the extra mile and helped me above and beyond what they needed to do. In short the customer service was excellent.
I'd certainly recommend Iruna Motors and would like to publicly thank Victor and Toni.
I'm also very pleased with my Seat Leon,in which, im looking forward to exploring the Basque region and beyond...

Friendly and attentive people, something rare in dealerships since in most of them when you go it seems that you owe them something when you enter.
Very satisfied with the service received in the workshop, above all I want to highlight the attention of Javier Navia.
Impeccable, it is a pleasure to find such nice staff, despite being full of work they have always attended us with a smile.
And as for the problem I had, he immediately found it and solved it for me.
Without a doubt if I have another problem I will return.
I see a second-hand car on a Wednesday that might interest me. I see it, I try it in the absence of seeing the documentation and other details. They tell me to come back on Monday. I do it and without warning tell me that it is already sold on Friday, without warning, having as they had my phone. Very strange everything. Very little seriousness. The truth is that I will not return even if they give me a car.
