I bought a replacement from them (still being more expensive than the rest of the scrap yards I called) which they assured me was fine, but when I bought it I saw that the temples were broken. I returned it and they did not give me the money. After a week calling they gave me another replacement that is in worse condition than the previous one and when I went to return it they told me that I had manipulated it and that they do not change it for another or give me the money. I submit a written complaint (since they do not answer in administration by phone, I have several calls of more than 20 minutes waiting) to which they do not answer me. My next step is to go to Navarra Government Consumption. And all this without counting the many hours lost and the claims not attended to. Terrible customer treatment. I would not recommend it to anyone and if you have to buy something there because there are no other scrap yards, make any claim in writing to have everything documented. The supposed manipulation is that in the second installment they gave me the button panel attached to a molding that I had not requested, and they made a red mark in an area of ​​the button panel in which it was necessary to move a cover to separate it from the molding and see if the sideburns were okay. ALL SHAME AND SOME THIEVES. PS: you can see in all my reviews that it is the only one that I have put 1 star in my life, but they have earned it.

The customer service was unfortunate, they sold me a bmw left headlight and when I arrived it had two broken tabs and to top it off when they assembled it in the workshop the lamp holder vibrated. They do not give any solution, even though it is their problem. The only solution is a € 300 voucher to spend there. THEY ARE SOME SCAMMERS AND THIEVES I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, LESS TO INDIVIDUALS

Disastrous, after calling by phone to see if they had a part and saying YES, I go there and after having me (on watch) for an hour and a half waiting, the operator on duty tells me that now he was going to release the part I needed, 35 minutes later he tells me that they do not have, the truth, I already had a bad experience with this waste but today has been the last straw, I am not going to go back there or as a joke and of course I am not going to advise this site to neither god, not to mention the education they have.

I wait two weeks and they only give her a voucher for 100 euros to take something else from the scrapyard. You have to be a bad person to do that to your children.
