I hired the alarm in July with a free installation that later turned out to be € 120 in exchange for gasoline cards for the same amount. We are at the end of October and those cards are still NOT operational. Excuses go, excuses come and today I finally visited the office and the sales manager keeps giving me long. That if that depends on Madrid, wait for me a bit ... I have spoken with customer service and they do not give me a solution either. Be very careful when contacting this provider. They promise and then they don't deliver

If I could I could negative stars. It was a real scam. They offered me a free equipment in exchange for a stay and a price per month. After almost 2 weeks they had not finished installing the equipment and the period of 15 legal days to unsubscribe ended. I was uninstalled the m ***** that they had put on and they continued charging me the amortization fee of the equipment although I did not have it since they had uninstalled it themselves and they are always giving long and long with false promises to solve the problem

I do not know if they correspond to the Ansoain delegation but the commercial function is an atrocity, they harass calls and even try to physically enter your house at untimely hours. They give you a first inflated budget x10 and when they see that you have other options they lower the fees and give away the equipment. They lose all credibility by doing this.

I have been with the Securitas Direct alarm installed in my house for a year and I am very happy. Last month they tried to steal us and the speed and professionalism of the Securitas team helped the thieves to leave before getting our things done. Highly recommended to hire Securitas Direct services.
