Shameful treatment. Cartridge sealed with the last 5 cartridge purchases (which shows that I have changed these cartridges on numerous occasions) and they reject me one bought the day before in which the printed circuit has come off when removing the seal and they tell me that it is my fault. I try to reason that the seal must necessarily be removed for it to print. that if by removing the seal it is present with the circuit, it is because it is attached to the base more weakly than the seal. They tell me I can't prove it. I will not come back. Nor my surroundings
