Terrible, they have had me for more than ten minutes trying to deny me a return of some shoes that they had only put on for a second to try them on, which has been putting them on, standing up to check if they adapt to what you are looking for and taking them off. Because on the heel there was a bit of dust from the ground, which could well have been there from another client. But come on, the shoe was obvious that it had not been used, it had all the stickers intact inside the shoe, and when I tell you that if you refuse to return there is no problem that you give me a claim sheet, it goes and says that a claims sheet it doesn't scare you.nHe does not forgive me, I am not trying to scare anyone, I want a return and you are not facilitating it, so the next thing is to file a claim.

The attention of the employees is great despite the situation of the covid-19. They have to control the entrance and that we put on gel continuously, but, despite spending time on those details, I treat 10 and always with a smile. The secondary, very good price and quality.
