Lack of professionalism. I was scheduled for TODAY, December 4 at 7:30 pm, an appointment for a dental cleaning and it turns out that the office is closed, they have not even bothered to call me to notify me or cancel it. I previously had a bad experience with them, it seemed to me that they were plenty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. POOR CUSTOMER CARE AND PROFESSIONALISM.
