The order or I make at 12:30 p.m. would arrive around 2:15 p.m. at 8:00 p.m. We called again commenting on what happened, he tells us not to worry that he will compensate us, he returns the call and they tell me that about 9:00 p.m. : 30 arrives at 22:20 the delivery man calls me saying that the boss gives me the potatoes for the delay that I go down to look for it (above), I go down and it turns out that he cannot find my order that he has left at the premises. If I want to go to the place to look for it and bring it to me the answer is no. I do not know if it was a hidden camera or is it truly without incompetents.

I ordered two potatoes at 12:30 in the morning so that they would arrive at 14:15 in the afternoon and I did not arrive, I called them back at 20:00 in the afternoon and they told me that I would compensate for the confusion, I They called again saying that the order would arrive around 9:30 p.m. and nothing ... they arrive at 10:20 p.m. He tells me that the boss gives me the potatoes and when they are going to take the order to give it to me ... surprise he has forgotten in the place they tell me ... that he goes and brings it to me and the answer is no. Incompetence falls short.

As soon as it arrived it went to the trash We order 3 different personalized potatoes at home. None had the ingredients that we asked for but they did have some other that we did not want. They did not call us to notify us of any changes or anything. They had an inedible pink sauce, we think it was in bad condition and if we tried the ingredients like the tuna one by one, the quality was bad, worse than a normal canned tuna from Eroski. As we tested we throw everything away and place another order elsewhere. A pity because the topic of roasted potatoes caught our attention and it is always good to help new businesses, but here we are never deceived again. It's the worst I've ever had in my life. The Glovo people gave us back the money in the form of a check to spend on their platform.

Twice I have placed an order for dinner, twice they have left me lying without warning ... very little seriousness and respect for the customer, I have lost the desire to try their potatoes.
