Very negative experience. I do not have the product that I bought nor have they returned my money as promised. I have had a lot of patience because I really need that product and even though they have contacted me several times and have promised that they would send me the product and give me my money back, I have neither one nor the other. A fraud. By the way, they did not have exactly what they offered in the online store and I accepted another color out of necessity. I have been scammed and wasted my time
