My appointment was 5:30 when I arrived he told me to wait outside for the issue of the covid, some ladies who had an appointment will arrive at 5:30 and 6:00 and everyone came except me at 6:15 he told me to enter and wait inside I wait and I wait an hour later, people keep coming in and I'm waiting!
