Please learn the name of ALL the countries of the European Union. It is your JOB to know!!! How can people so ignorant get a job here?! 2 hours of waiting for some completely irrelevant information because they did not recognize I am from the EU. I was being treated as a third world citizen. On top of providing the wrong registration forms, the case officer told me she doesn't like the Navarran rules for universal health care provided for free to everyone, because it is covered by her taxes. So freaking unprofessional. No respect for the job or the ppl she is PAID to help.

Most everyone was quite helpful and pleasant to us when we applied for our local IDs--It is a busy but efficient place.

Sad reality that we live. The National Police at the door, has neither education nor respect .. He asks you to treat him about yourself, and he treats you at ground level ... A little more empathy for the people who go there would not be bad. . You try to ask for any kind of information, by phone. A machine jumps out that dictates an email to you 2 times at the speed of light, and hangs up on you ... You go to the office and you almost risk ending up arrested, because it's sad that you have to put up with all the things they tell you. Clearly they do not let you in without an appointment due to COVID, They have a sheet out with all the information according to them. They give you a page to request an appointment, and I have been trying for 5 months every day and every hour .. And it is impossible ... Very sad all these situations that we have to live ... We pay the same as everyone ...
