Irresponsibility and no effectiveness. They do not pay our bills on time. Always late because they are not domiciled. Bare accounts with their corresponding penalty. Two gas cuts for non-payment. And the last one ... We have a € 10,000 debt with the water consortium. We owe three quarters! We try to change to another administrator and do not finish delivering the accounts. Need we say more?

Poor management and total irreponsibility. They have left us several times without heating and without hot water due to their non-payment, when they have been called saying that we lacked that supply they have given us evasive with lies. Now they are also going to cut off the water for a 3-quarters non-payment of a community of neighbors (10200 euros), bills that the neighbors have paid to them. They do not show their faces when they are called. The worst farm management I know. Lack of absolute professionalism

All the neighbors of the community religiously pay each month the bills of heating, hot water, etc ... and still, we have cut this service twice, for non-payment. The administrator does not make payments on time. It does not go through the receipts. Invoices are accumulated in the mailboxes, notices etc ... Then they penalize us for non-payment, they make us stocks ... now it turns out that our community owes € 10,000 to the water consortium ... We are learning from sticks.nWe are more than fed up ... we are trying to change the administrator, and they are not facilitating the process ... vice versanTo know how many more pufos they have left there, in our name.nFear gives us how the accounts will be!
