The clerk with short hair and glasses, apparently she was in a hurry and really wanted to be with her husband, I know because even maintaining the safety distance and wearing a mask, I could hear everything, well I asked her about sandals and the edge of it tells me NO! A la maja, there you stay.
I agree with other people's comments.
From the shop assistants, she had not received such terrible customer service, bordering on the insulting treatment.
Too bad because the manager did seem nice and tried how she could resolve the situation.
To add more information to the above, it is a store that does not have a claims management process nor does it have a claim sheet physically available in the store, you have to request it by phone 900 if you want to make a claim.
If you have a quality problem with their shoes, they argue that it is misuse and run.
