I put 3 stars because since the Peugeot has joined, they have no place to leave the vehicles.nOtherwise good, cordial treatment from the employees.nFor now I have not had any problems with repairs in the mechanical workshop, or in the body.
Overcrowded dealership, too many customers, or too few staff. They must improve customer service, not in treatment but in time.
It has been a pleasure, dealing with Juan Félix, personalized attention, follow-up and technical and commercial support. Very good professional. Excellent person, kind, patient and good advisor. It was selling me the car and being completely disinterested. So much so that I had to find another workshop to carry out the reviews because they did not even check the pressures or levels of the wheels, that if on the invoice it did appear.nAnd now that I have a breakdown, I have been waiting 15 days for a written quote because the only reference I have is a phone call in which they tell me that it will be around € 2000-2500 without giving me any other explanation.nnLittle professionalism and I did not like the personal treatment. Even Opel Spain are having trouble contacting them.nnI would not recommend it to anyone.
