I would like to thank the agency for the treatment received at all times, we booked a trip that due to this pandemic in the end could not be carried out, but from the beginning the travel agents provided me with a thousand options to choose from, from several places, flight options etc ... unfortunately in the end it was canceled and since we had free withdrawal insurance, no problem ... that did take time, but it is logical, not only because of the insurers who always go at their own pace, but because we will have been hundreds of people canceling and the situation is what we have to live, however and with all that this entails, we have received the money from the signal. So thank the attention of the day to day without losing the telephone smile. Thank you Yaiza and Pablo for the treatment received. We hope to travel with you soon.

Shameful the attention we are receiving ... we gave them 2,000 euros for our trip and due to the covid we decided to use the cancellation insurance. After many stories, the one who publishes her super last review (Ana Galán), the commercial director, answered us, she ignored us, she did not answer the thousands of emails we sent her, or whatssaps or calls. Finally, we have turned to lawyers who are mediating and who are also ignored by what is seen and in the end I will have to take more serious measures because there is no money to return my money, but they do. NOT A MISERABLE EXPLANATION shameful you did not hire nads because they are all scoundrels and we are not very confident of a company that needs to put reviews on themselves to raise the score. LET'S SEE WHEN YOU DIGNATE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.
