Terrible, I do not put fewer stars because you can not, they keep giving you long, we wanted to rent an apartment, we gave the documentation and they told us that if we delivered everything at that moment, surely the next morning we would have an answer, which was false, they said that in the afternoon, then the next morning, and so on, from Monday to Thursday, to finally say no. They knew that we had another apartment almost already treated, but we had liked theirs more, that's why we risked the 24 hours that they said it would take their response, and we were left with nothing at the moment because we obviously lost the other floor. And still Carmen Castro (who by the way she and Jose Luis his partner are rated 5 stars right here to upload their bad service) advised me to tell the owner of the other floor a lie so that he would continue waiting for me in case of being negative with them. Which made it clear to me that they were not reliable people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING
