My only and last experience with this company is being disastrous. A chair requested on November 27 for my son's kings and it has not yet arrived, just a sad email to report the delay but still no expected arrival date. This is not serious and they have played with the illusion of my son and from what I have read of more than one. My only request is for the chair to come and forget about you. Thank you
Good afternoon, last December 1 I made 2 orders # 138055 and # 138057 which are the only gifts my son asks me for this Christmas, there is a blue chair, a personalized t-shirt, a keychain and a mat. Nothing has reached us yet, nor has any communication of delays or possible estimated delivery date. We are suffering a lot as our son is looking forward to it. Please can you help me and bring a little light? If there are delays, the reason and when are the dates for the shipment of the two orders estimated? ... at least I would have something to hold on to when my son asks me ... he will think that we have not wanted to buy it ... I repeat, we are worried about silence ... please help !!!
Comment that you place an order on Friday for a chair, in 48 hours. They have delivered it to me and everything is perfect ..... the controls take a little longer according to orders, but I also asked for one and everything was fine, just as we asked .... the emails have all been answered. They are good professionals.
Terrible quality. My nephew's mother gave him a remote for his birthday. The command arrived 1-2 weeks ago and the command came with defects ... The "square" button is stuck and does not work unless you do it with great force and the "x" button happens something similar the only thing it doesn't get so stuck. Conclusion, they buy my nephew a remote with all the illusion in the world for € 130 and it turns out that the remote is defective !!!
Honestly, it is to hallucinate, and I also find it quite bad that they do not have a phone number for customer service since they do not answer by email. Anyway, do not buy here, I doubt that it was an isolated case of faulty control. It is the last straw that they gamble with their clients' money in this way. Let's see if they solve the problem at least ... (I'm my nephew's uncle) because his mother doesn't know anything about it.
