Lifetime jewelry from Guadalajara. Totally trustworthy, exquisite treatment, they always advise me with great taste. My family and I have been shopping there for many years and we do not change. The two brothers who run it are very professional.
Very good service, professionals and very good prices
A nefarious job. I bring them a carved piece of wood (a pendant), simply to put a silver washer that is fine and that above all is not coarse, and they destroy the pendant and put two steel-style washers (not fine silver). First of all, bad attention, they do not teach me the material that they are going to put to see if I like them, serious mistake. And when I get to pick it up they tell me the story that the pendant was broken (which was obviously not broken, it was new!), They put 2 washers in the style of a beach market and on top of it they pretended to charge me for the botch. They have destroyed a pendant that had sentimental value, and they do not recognize their error either. But to top it all they glue it to me, as if everything was fixed ... and they tell me that if they remove the shabby washer they have put in it will break more.nAdvice, ask the client if the material you are going to use he likes, and if you do not see clearly that the piece is going to be damaged, do not try to put a washer that fits so tightly, if you do not have material or the means to make it look good, it will not you do !!!!!
