Nefarious attention. After waiting in line they attend you in bad manners and give you a phone number in which "supposedly" they will answer your question. You call and to their surprise they don't have access to your accounts by phone, they just pass the buck to each other. The person at the counter is unprofessional and does not have a correct way of speaking. I do not recommend this Bank at all, much less this Office.

The hours of Thursday afternoon are incorrect, they close at 6:30 pm instead of 7:45 pm. It has been a lost trip from Bilbao. An oversight on the part of CaixaBank that irritates its customers.

Very dissatisfied. On the Internet it says that the Thursday schedule is until 7:45, it arrives at 7:15 and it is closed.
