Good afternoon, my vehicle a Q5 2010 3.0 tdi 240 hpn, I take it with damage in the change. I don't get 1, 3, 5, or 7. I leave the car to them as professionals that I think they are, I take it to them because I want them to do professional repairs and ..... They answer me that it is mechatronics, that the machine tells them that it is that and they assure me that it is that and nothing else. I pay the amount of the invoice € 2445 and collect my vehicle.nI do 30km with the car and the same fault marks the box again, this time it won't let me enter the R or even gears 2.4.6 (before they were odd). Just the opposite of what happened to me before. I return to take the car to MOTORSAN, they tell me, that the new mechatronics has put too much pressure on the clutch, and it wore out, leaving the entire gearbox full of ferodo. Therefore, the complete gearbox has to be changed and the invoice amounts to € 9,732 with a 20% discount on the box and 10% on labor. With this I just want to say that they have not fixed my car and I have already paid € 2445. I am without a car and the dealer washes his hands saying that he follows the protocol that audi marks them, and that since my car is more than 10 years old it does not come under warranty ....... all the maintenance of the gearbox is made by audi at their respective mileage.

I find it shameful that a premium brand workshop does not treat the customer properly and mistreat them.nWhen they repair a vehicle, if a breakdown occurs from a bad repair, they don't take the blame. They refer the problem to Audi Spain and finally by logic, the company does not cover it.nWith how easy it is to assume the error and report the insurance, this dealer does not do it and it is up to the customer to assume the errors of a bad workshop.nPainful and does a lot of damage to the Audi brand ...
