Good attention and seriousness. In a workshop you are not looking for sympathy but rather that they treat you well and are honest in the repair or intervention of the vehicle. So far, no complaints, all great.
The commercial service is very good, but it is better not to talk about the workshop service. The Mazda under warranty with a microphone problem, I have been since August, and I write in November, with the car in the workshop for 4 weeks and it is still without repair, and the worst thing is that they seem to care.
