The best hair salon I have ever been to. My hairdresser has given me great advice and has left me the perfect highlights (and that was difficult) All very professional. I have never left a hairdresser so happy as today. It was recommended to me by my mother who was also delighted :)

A 10, in everything. I have no problem. I went to have them try to fix the damage that had been done to me elsewhere (I had not tried the services of these professionals before) and I can assure you that I no longer change. They strive to know exactly what their customers want, and the result is spectacular. Many thanks to Leti for her professionalism, her kindness and her patience. As an anniversary gift, my husband gave me a keratin straightening treatment. Unquestionably our hairdresser for more than 15 years ... I was not very convinced by the idea but I agreed to remove the curls from the perm and stop damaging my hair with irons to get it straightened ...nThe result of ten !! I recommended it to a friend and she is happy with life like me. The trick, dry the hair well from top to bottom, to show off straight, hydrated and shiny hair. Once again my hairdresser, Vanessa, and her team surprise me very pleasantly. You are the best!!

I requested an organic straightening treatment and they applied another treatment (Keratin. Cheaper and with other characteristics) charging me for the organic straightening treatment. The result was not the agreed one, obviously, and they did not give me solutions, quite the opposite. They excused themselves by blaming me for not knowing how to dry my hair or for not understanding the information they transmitted to me. I was left with the feeling that they ripped me off and that they use cheaper products pretending to be more expensive ones, as was my case.
