I used to visit this establishment on a recurring basis with my relatives as it is very close to my home.nnThe treatment of the public of the owner of the establishment has always been clearly improvable, but without reaching the lack of education or sense of decorum as on this occasion.nHe has dared to say that I was sneaking in and when I explained to him that they had kindly given me the turn because I only wanted a loaf of bread, he did not listen to reasons shouting without any plausible argument.nI understand that these are difficult times for everyone but lashing out at the client in a professional is the ultimate.nWe will not be back.nPeople are before the product and we will go to establishments where they treat us as such.
