Not having traveled in AC before, we were very excited. It has been a fantastic experience, better than we expected, especially in these times of covid, it has given us a lot of peace of mind to be able to travel freely to different places without having to worry over and over again changing accommodation Especially when we check the cleaning and disinfection . They are very friendly and professional. We will repeat
Apparently everything was going to be great, very well explained operation of everything and ease of anything until we started the trip
Day 2: we did not have hot water and its solution through wasap was- until 3 o'clock I cannot call the house (in the end it was alone)
Day 3: it started by marking low oil level, thank God I was looking at it every day and nothing happened
Day 4: we were left out of a driving light and when asked if he had a replacement, his answer was: I do not think you will carry it️
Day 5 and delivery: they told us that by not renting it the next day we could deliver it at any time we wanted but to leave it 2 hours later they threw it in our face
ABOVE ALL READ THE CONTRACT WELL and do not trust what they tell you by mouth
