I like the clothes; It is the style I am looking for. But they don't always take good care of you (it depends on the day).

I always bought my daughter's clothes there until one day I bought sandals that dyed her feet red. I returned them to the store and asked for a solution. The clerk told me that nothing could be done, it was my 2-year-old daughter's fault that "her feet were sweating a lot." When I asked to speak with the person in charge, she told me that she was not in the store although I saw her clearly in the background. In the end I called Zara and they returned my money. Disappointing the treatment received.
