Today November 14 at 3 in the afternoon I was in the store to pick up a package that Vodafone sent me, he told me that the package was not there and he asked me if I had sent it there or by phone, when I told him that by phone as That has made him feel bad, little less than because they were sent there the packages that we do by phone that above that they do not sell, and I got home and called Vodafone and they told me that they are aware that my package is delivered to that store, I don't know what the girl's name is but she was a brunette with long curly hair, I hope I don't have to go back to anything because I found it very unpleasant, the vodafone woman told me that they have an order to send the package to the store and for me that was the closest, on Thursday morning I also went to the same but the girl who was there was nicer
Terrible customer service! My girlfriend and I entered to ask some questions and to change our contract.
