I believe that the worst experience I could have. You pay your month of real estate (€ 700 in my case), and they ignore EVERYTHING. You cannot count for anything. And also in my case, 20 days ago I left the home and to this day, I continued paying for the electricity, when it was already rented to others. Your solution is the owner pay me the remaining days. Owner to whom I had to wait 3 weeks to see the deposit, and not by transfer. If not, going to the home. From which all this, the corresponding agency of these procedures was detached and continues to do so today. It is SCAM and illegal.
