I went for a pedicure on the recommendation of a friend who has been going for years. My heels were super cracked and dry and I came out with them perfect I will repeat without a doubt.

A few years ago they gave me a voucher to use in Esthetic Caravel. In the voucher it was specified that ‘IT DOES NOT EXPIRE EVER’. After a while (a lot, because I had no expiration date) I show up at the store. My surprise was capitalized when they tell me I can't use the voucher because it's been a long time. I indicate that you cannot claim that because it is clearly indicated that there is no deadline. They call a person that I imagine will be the owner or manager, who says they will attend to me. And they do it like that. But it was very unpleasant, really. The work they did was very correct, in that I have no complaint, but they do not stand out especially over other places in the city. Another thing to keep in mind is that if you go by car, parking in the area is very complicated.
