Unfortunately, they no longer allow changes. This store had never accepted returns, but you could exchange the product for anything else. Now with the excuse of the new normality, they do not admit changes with the argument that no store does so and they give me Mercadona as an example. It is true that some businesses do not allow changes in some products due to their characteristics, but do not compare a food center with a hardware store. Every merchant is free to dispose of their customers in any way they see fit and this is very good. I like to buy at the local store but some traders make it difficult because of the rigid sales conditions. Luckily there are still establishments with better prices and more flexible.
