Regrettable the subject of the previous appointment. They do not give me the certificate of working life because I do not have an updated address, I try to do it online because of COVID and they tell me that it has to be in person, and when I try to book a face-to-face appointment they tell me that it has to be via telematics, I call and just know puts a machine telling me that you can not make an appointment. Spectacular Spain!

I find the situation we are living to be deprorable in order to go to social security, appointments in a few months, no telephone attention and to ask for aid, I see it almost a miracle ... After all the jobs that have been lost and families needing the iMV and you They come out with no appointments available! ud83eudd14

I need to ask you to put a table at the entrance with someone for information. Because the security man is very kind but his job is to watch and if he is not paid two salaries. They should put a place to give information. Because Sometimes you go and find yourself surprised that they cannot assist you without any explanation and the man at the door does not know about these issues nor is he obliged to solve them. Thank you.
