I stayed a few moments thinking about what would be the cleaning, but I assumed that it would be some extra that he had to do and that is why he was charging me more, I did not pay more attention and I pay again in cash, I am waiting for the change and seeing that again he did not flinch, I tell him to give me the change and that was when he gave it to me (I thought it was simply clueless), this time the receptionist asks me if I want a copy of the bill, but I told him That was not necessary. I leave the consultation and I keep going around the "cleaning" and after a few moments I realize that I was charged again for the cleaning of the first day I went to the clinic. Seeing the ruling, I call them on the phone and the receptionist attends to me, she tells me that she wrote down in her notebook that "I had told her" that I would pay all that day and that was why I had been charged that amount, at that moment I felt quite indignant and I went back to the clinic to solve the problem. Upon arrival, the receptionist lies to my face and repeats what I had already said on the phone (that I had not paid anything the first day I went). On the night of that same day I managed to talk to the dentist by phone and tell him to look at the income of the first day I went because the accounts should not have given him correctly, but she tells me that he had already reviewed them and that everything was in order. There is only one clear thing about all this and that is that the cleaning money I made the first day I do not have it and I am sure that the dentist either, so something had to happen there. This is my experience and I hope you find it useful. The dentist is very good, but if you are going to go to the office and pay in cash, remember to ask for the "bill" and wait for the change.
