Yesterday they delivered my order to someone that WAS NOT ME. I HAVE TAKEN 2 DAYS TRYING TO CONTACT WITH ULANKA AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE !!!nThe worst online shopping experience I have ever had in my life !!!nnRegards.

The Ulanka de Gran Turia staff treated me fatally. I went to Ulanka Nuevo Centro to change some shoes that I had bought in Gran Turia and the boy who attended me a 10. I clarify all my doubts and he treated me great. Of course I will not go to Gran Turia again and go to Ulanka Nuevo Centro
