In 1893 two neighbors of the town, called Encarnació and Angelina, bought an image of the Virgin in Valencia. The devotion grew rapidly and was the origin of the construction of this hermitage in 1929.nnThe interior is rectangular, noticeably elongated, of a single ship. The image of the Virgin of Living Waters is venerated in the main niche.nnPilgrimage to the hermitage is celebrated on August 1; during the next three days there are other celebrations in honor of the Virgin.
