They have given me a watch - valued at € 299 - bought at one of the Jose Luis Joyerías stores and on the second day of using it, I check that it is delayed, so I go to the store they have located in the Carrefour shopping center in Ourense.
They send it to the factory for repair - which takes a month - and upon receipt, I verify that it continues to present the same defect, so I return to the store to claim and send it to the factory for the second time.
Distrusting the alleged repairs, I call customer service and request that they change it for another, which they access, after two days of deliberation, they agree.
I go to the store and decide to buy another watch - valued at € 500 -, which lacks the instructions but assures me that they will give the following week.
(So far we can be understanding) ...
The last straw is that, when I go to pick them up, they give me the instructions, but printed on 30 A4-sized folios ...
Clarify that the staff that attended me turned out to be friendly and I understand that he is not responsible, but in the internal policy of the company leaves much to be desired.
