Very bad experience, take to cut two rings, one was cut by the date I had recorded and another silver made me dizzy to go to pick up 4 times and they nailed me 9 euros !!!!! Yes 9 euros for cutting 1 mm of silver that still takes me about 8 days and every 2 days to go there to see if I was ... very bad I do not return. I do not recommend it.

The glass of a Devota and Lomba brand watch broke in late August. I took him to this jewelry store because it was close to my home and they told me to stop by the end of the following week (they did not give me proof of delivery or anything like that). Not only was I not on the date indicated, but I was being excused for no more and no less than SIX WEEKS, during which I attended at least twice a week. They told me to pick it up today (October 10), that it would be ready. My surprise is that I find it as I left it, and I am told that they do not work with that brand. Had I known, I wouldn't have left it there, obviously. I asked him if he could please give me the envelope in which the watch came (with the date it had been delivered) and he refused me in a bad way. Due to the clerk's attitudes, I decided to ask for a complaint form, which worsened her attitude (she gave me several excuses to try not to give it to me, although she "casually" found one). I commented that if they don't work with the brand, they should tell the customer instead of waiting more than a month and a half. Answer: the client does not tell me how I have to work. He tells me that I cannot deliver a watch and want to have it for now, to which I reply that I did not want it for now, that six weeks have passed when I was told precisely that in 8-10 days it would be ready. The employee calls into question that any of her colleagues told me such a thing, much less calling me a liar, with which I decide to leave the establishment with my complaint form because I am not going to get me to be disrespected any more. Summary: lost time and disrespect, in addition to lack of professionalism. It seems to me a shame that in a small establishment that lives off its clients these attitudes are held.

run away if you can still! The machinery of a watch broke me, he did not want to take charge and on top of that the work I commissioned him did it badly and he did not take charge either. If you still consider going to the establishment, ask for detailed receipt!
