Excellent treatment both online and in your store! They have a spectacular catalog of jewelry!
Today I received the order, a nango ring and a kori ring, earlier than I expected, it was a good surprise to cheer on Monday 😊😊 it's true, I thought they were a little bigger, but I love them, already I wear them. The presentation has surprised me a lot, very beautiful and thinking about every detail, such as the card 😍. I recommend it 100%, I will repeat for sure.
They have an active 3x2 promotion which I take advantage of in my order; In addition, I use a 20% discount coupon for subscribing to your newsletter.
Nowhere in the general conditions of application of both promotions, nor on the website itself, does it indicate that the two promotions cannot be applied at the same time.
Result, I make the order, they accept the payment, they withdraw the money ... and then, as they should not have convinced the result of the price, since they did not show me any documentation of the general conditions of the promotions that indicated that they could not be combine both offers; because they decide to cancel my order.
All unilaterally and without justifying it in any legal or documentary way.
Also, after trying to reason with their customer service for quite a few hours, they tell me that they will notify the matter and that they will contact me again.
The next day, and without any other notification, is when I receive the order cancellation; indicating that they did not have time to communicate with me because they have more matters to answer.

I like the variety. The deal is impeccable and orders arrive on time. But both the rings and the earrings are a bit thin and bend easily.
I have bought both in store and on the web and the service has been fantastic. Always very kind and thoughtful. One of the best options when it comes to making a gift. Highly recommended
