I've been trying to contact / make an appointment for a lot of days and there's no way.nTo get out of doubts, I went there to see if they really are overwhelmed, that they are not enough and when they got there, surprise, there were only three people waiting to be attended.nWhen I asked the overbearing watchman they have there for explanations, he couldn't tell me anything else that I have to make an appointment.nSince no one controls them, they do what they want.nThey take advantage of the pandemic to work less.

I have requested an appointment online and being there I have been attended on time and without problems. And there the official said that there are people from all over Spain who come to this Headquarters to make exchanges and they are treated without problems. He even told me that people from Barcelona have attended!
