I would put it - 5 stars IN NEGATIVE.nBad information to the customer, bad sale, bad service, bad attention, bad seriousness, bad responsibilities, bad, bad, bad.nWe have been listening to charlatanism for 7 months, everything has a limit given the circumstances ... our patience has run out.nI want the claims sheet.

The attention at first sight seems good and professional, then it turns out to be disastrous. I feel totally deceived regarding the contracted trips, cancellation insurance and endless bad and painful experiences for me and my family. As you can see I am totally transparent, my name is Aída Aliendre Pérez and of course we have documents and we will proceed to take measures in the right way. I hope that these things do not happen to anyone else. #Viajesmonterroso

A shame, if you want to see examples of dehumanity, can go to Monterroso trips, do not comply with their words and less with their contracts
