I just went for a painkiller and they were nice, they told me to go to the doctor for a prescription and that the next day they would refund the difference for buying it without a prescription, they are lovely!

The only time I have visited this establishment has been for an emergency since it was the pharmacy on duty on Saturday night. The employee who has attended us has shown tremendous apathy when it comes to serving us, talking to us as if he did not want to. He has forgotten to give us one of the medicines included in the electronic prescription and also the corresponding change has been kept. (Cost of medicines € 3.4 paid with € 3.5).nWe hope we don't have to go back.nnEdited to respond to the person in charge:nnCheck the box you have made to see if you really have those 10 cents left because I assure you that it is. The purchase was made this morning (August 9, 2020). If you don't feel familiar with basic math, it doesn't mean that customers are lying in their reviews.nnThanks and best regards.
