It is really unfortunate that a service as essential as the SEPE, which is in charge of managing unemployment benefits as well as subsidies that, as the word says, are subsidies, that is, they serve to survive thousands of families, really use the excuse of covid19 , so as not to attend either physically or electronically to the people who need the service, if the employees already worked little before, due to their reduced hours now with the covid19 what Santillana vacation? Because they will tell me the logic, what it says is that if they work less attending to people in person, instead they should answer the phone more and it turns out that neither one nor the other. That is why I give them the lowest qualification, because it seems to me sincerely regrettable that they cannot give you a solution! It does not enter into any logic that they are giving such low performance, especially when there are so many people who give much more than the service they are currently offering.

I find the service they are offering regrettable. Calling all week, you cannot contact agents, one of two, or they are having breakfast or they are with reduced staff, I hope it will be the second, even so, I do not understand how a public service does not offer more means for its citizens. I asked a week ago for the password to manage everything on the web and I'm waiting and I'm still called and the machine tells me that the agents are busy on the web, if I don't have the password like c ... I'm going to access something urgent that I have to solve !!! It is a pity that claims to public bodies do not amount to anything ...

It seems to me a shame the management that the Illescas sepe office is carrying out, since they neither attend you by phone, nor by mail, it is impossible to request an appointment on the web or fill out the forms so that they call you, in other locations they already attend with normality and here they do not give any solution to people, after several complaints I am still unable to make an appointment to attend to my doubts and discharge me after months
